Dr. Balbir Singh

Dr. Balbir Singh currently serves as Group Chairman of Cardiac Sciences across the Max Healthcare network in India. He is widely regarded as one of India’s most influential leaders in Interventional cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology, with more than three decades of experience in advanced cardiac care, heart failure management, device therapy, and arrhythmia treatment.

He is internationally recognized for pioneering innovative techniques in interventional cardiology, particularly Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and in electrophysiology, including advanced ablation strategies and device-based therapies for complex cardiac conditions. His contributions to cardiovascular medicine have earned him numerous national and international honors, including the Padma Shri, one of India’s highest civilian awards, in recognition of his impact on medical science and global patient care.

Beyond his clinical leadership, Dr. Singh has played a pivotal role in advancing cardiology education and professional development. He has trained and mentored many renowned cardiologists not only across India but also internationally, contributing significantly to the growth of modern cardiac electrophysiology and interventional cardiology practices beyond borders. He is deeply passionate about teaching cardiology and sharing the latest scientific and technological advancements with young and aspiring doctors, reflecting his long-standing commitment to academic excellence and the future of cardiovascular medicine



Dr. Venkata Anil Chandra Dronamraju 

Dr. Venkata Anil Chandra Dronamraju is a senior cardiothoracic surgeon with over 22 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery. He has worked with several leading corporate hospitals in India, contributing extensively to advanced cardiac surgical care.

He has been actively involved in academic teaching, clinical research, and surgical training, with multiple publications.

Dr. Dronamraju also holds an MBA, complementing his clinical expertise with administrative and healthcare management experience.

He is currently serving as chief of the department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Gayatri Vidya Parishad Institute of Healthcare and Medical Technology located in vishakapatnam famously known as 'The City of Destiny' that perfectly balances scenic beauty with industrial might, where he continues to contribute to clinical excellence, academic development, and research initiatives in cardiac sciences.



Dr. L Kottu

Dr. L Kottu, PhD, is a physician-scientist and EU Business Expansion & Research Strategy Specialist dedicated to strengthening collaboration between India, Europe, and global healthcare ecosystems. 

She has gained valuable exposure to diverse healthcare systems across multiple countries, providing her with a strong understanding of varying clinical practices, research environments, and healthcare delivery models. This international perspective has enabled her to establish a strong professional network of clinicians, researchers, industry partners, and healthcare institutions across different continents. At Bharat Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd., through its healthcare and research division Bharat Nutra MedTech, she focuses on facilitating cross-border partnerships, supporting clinical and preclinical research initiatives, and advancing the introduction and adoption of innovative medical and healthcare technologies across international markets. 

Drawing on her clinical foundation and her passion for cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, and AI, she combines scientific insight with strategic perspective to foster meaningful collaborations and contribute to improved patient care through research-driven innovation and practical implementation of medical solutions. She provides strategic direction and leadership in advancing the organization’s collaborations, research partnerships, and global initiatives. She has been actively engaged in research and scientific publications related to cardiac arrhythmias, particularly atrial fibrillation, spanning clinical and translational domains.
